Ali has a strong background in organisational development specialising in training, people development and talent management during which time she utilised her coaching skills to enable others to achieve both personal and professional success. Over the course of her career she has worked in Europe, the Near East and Africa. Ali has a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Sociology, is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is a Member of the Association for Coaching. She is accredited to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator tool (MBTI) and to facilitate 360 degree feedback.
