“Karen acted as my Career and Development Guide and Coach whilst I was striving to reach the next level in my company. My success at a recent Assessment Centre can, in many ways, be connected and attributed to the help provided in being coached at a higher level than I had previously experienced.” FF, Underwriting Director
“What I value in your coaching is that you ask the difficult questions, give space for people to think and answer and are entirely non-judgemental in how you deal with what is said.” JH, Managing Director
“Karen’s insight into the role of an executive and guiding me in refining my skills was invaluable and ensured that I maintained my focus during a highly pressurised time. The skills and tools that Karen possesses ensure that this is delivered in a way that nurtures real personal development and ensures personal led change rather than temporary behavioural change.” KN, CEO
“The results for me have been life changing ... I understand myself better and have real clarity over what makes me happy. It is very powerful that once you have that clarity and understanding of what you want it is relatively easy to make it happen. I really benefited and enjoyed your style of coaching. You have a caring, empathetic and sensitive style that makes even the most difficult conversations manageable. Throughout our sessions I always felt supported and encouraged.” MW, Sales Manager
