One-to-one coaching

Business Coaching – one to one coaching in a business context has proved to be highly successful from an individual and organisational perspective:

Personal Coaching – coaching can be used to enable achievement of personal aspirations around career, family, relationships, finances and personal confidence.

Leadership Development

Performance Coaching for Leaders – a programme designed with the organisation in mind, to enhance the leadership and performance management skills of leaders

Maintenance of coaching skills – through the provision of coaching clinics, master-classes and refresher training to allow continuous development of leaders

Real time performance coaching – this entails observing leaders in a variety of situations (one-to-ones, appraisals, team meetings) in order to provide feedback with a view to enhancing their leadership capability

Assessment of future leaders/high potentials – Assessing future leaders or high potentials at internally run assessment centres, including the provision of feedback to highlight strengths and development areas to create a personal development plan
